china=14.30 , buy price =2200
tw= 13.69 , buy price= 7400 (不停損)
hk = 15.27 >15,  don’t buy , stay in cash


others , sorry ,no cape data



ps:: RS = sma =200  is my assumption, I don’t know what is the MFaber’s RS variable?
